April 22, 2015

Acorn Productions Ltd and Interactive Rights Management (IRM) have brought "Agatha Christie: 4:50 from Paddington" to tablets. The multiple award winning app features beautiful graphics and addictive gameplay, and is the second of the Agatha Christie mysteries to be released after the chart-topping success of Dead Man’s Folly.

This is the first Miss Marple game to be optimised for tablet and fans of Agatha Christie’s intriguing mysteries can prepare for hours of twists, turns and edge-of-their-seat excitement in beautiful scenery with "Agatha Christie: 4:50 from Paddington".

With stunning high-definition visuals that have been optimized for retina displays and rendered using state-of-the-art 3D modeling, gamers will join the celebrated sleuth Miss Jane Marple on a hidden object hunt for the truth about what Mrs. McGillicuddy saw that fateful night whilst travelling through the countryside on a train.

“The PC version of Agatha Christie: 4:50 from Paddington has been hugely popular, and has delighted crime fans for years,” commented Valerie Bozzetto, Co-founder of IRM. “Now, it’s time for tablet users to experience the fun of Agatha Christie,. Gamers will love the story and iconic graphics that are true to the era of Miss Marple. This game builds on our strategy to make Christie a very engaging and accessible brand for fans around the world from every age group on digital platforms”.

Agatha Christie: 4:50 from Paddington follows on from the success of the Poirot app: Agatha Christie: Dead man’s folly with more games to follow in the coming months. Hullabu Inc was commissioned by IRM and Acorn Productions to port and publish the games.
